-Create/refresh the job description and selection criteria.

-Promote the role and build a shortlist based on fit and availability.
-Conduct CV screening + phone/video interviews.
-verify experience, skills, language level, and motivation; run basic reference checks if needed.
-Send the client a shortlist with clear notes and recommendations.
-Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and support negotiations (offer, salary, joining date).
-Handle documentation and onboarding support, and follow up after placement to ensure success.
